Investment prospects are reviewed internally by an investment professional whose operating experience is most relevant to the company. Those proposals meeting CID Capital's investment criteria are then discussed by the full investment team within one week of the initial contact. After reviewing the business description, a CID Capital investment professional will respond with collective feedback.

If appropriate, and following initial due diligence, CID Capital will indicate our interest in pursuing an investment in the company and will look for an exclusivity period to conduct further due diligence on the opportunity. Based on our broad experience in our target industries, we are able to move expeditiously in the investment analysis and diligence process.
