CID Capital encourages contact from business owners, management team members, co-investors and intermediaries. Initial review of investment prospects requires submission of an executive summary which should include the following information:

Investment prospects are reviewed internally by one of CID Capital's investment professionals, who will notify you if additional information is required.
If appropriate, and following initial due diligence, CID Capital will indicate interest in proceeding with a more in depth review. CID Capital will look for an exclusivity period to conduct thorough due diligence on the opportunity. Based on our broad experience in our target industries, CID Capital is able to move expeditiously in the investment analysis and diligence process.
